I decided to take a small break from my themed bars to try something I had never done before; build a house on a foundation with an attached garage! Now that I've done it, I don't know why I was so afraid to do it before. It's very simple! I just have an irrational fear of the "constrainfloorelevation false" cheat, lol. Well, anyway, here it is!
